Foods can Sabotage Your Workout

Flaxseeds:
You definitely want to limit the amount of fiber you take in 2 hours before and after exercising. In addition to flaxseeds, stay away from fiber supplements, bran, and high-fiber breads and opt for a mixture of protein and carbohydrates instead right before your workout.
Hummus:
Bean-based foods (such as hummus) are high in indigestible carbohydrates that may cause uncomfortable gas and bloating.
Green bananas:
While bananas are a great pre-workout snack, make sure you grab a ripe one! Unripe fruit isn't a good idea before you work out, as it could cause uncomfortable gas and bloating. Choose a banana that's completely free of any green at the stem. Brown spots on the skin indicate it's in the ripe stage. At this stage the sugar content will be absorbed easily, otherwise, the unripe banana is in the starch stage and more difficult to digest.

Thai or Mexican food:
Spicy foods may help you burn up more calories overall, but they won't help you burn more during your workout if you eat them right beforehand. Even if they are 'healthy' dishes, spicy leftovers can cause heartburn if they backwash into the esophagus.

Hard-boiled eggs:
Hard-boiled eggs are a great source of lean protein, but they don't provide carbohydrates for energy. Plus, their protein stays in the stomach and takes a long time to digest, which could weigh you down at the gym.

Winstrol

Stanozolol commonly sold under the name Winstrol (oral) and Winstrol Depot (intramuscular), is a synthetic anabolic steroid derived from dihydrotestosterone. It was developed by Winthrop Laboratories (Sterling Drug) in 1962, and has been approved by the FDA for human use.Unlike most injectable anabolic steroids, stanozolol is not esterified and is sold as an aqueous suspension, or in oral tablet form. The drug has a high oralbioavailability, due to a C17 alkylation which allows the hormone to survive first-pass liver metabolism when ingested. It is because of this that stanozolol is also sold in tablet form.
Stanozolol has been used in both animal and human patients for a number of conditions. In humans, it has been demonstrated to be successful in treatinganaemia and hereditary angioedema. Veterinarians may prescribe the drug to improve muscle growth, red blood cell production, increase bone density and stimulate the appetite of debilitated or weakened animals.
Stanozolol is one of the anabolic steroids commonly used as a performance enhancing drug and is banned from use in sports competition under the auspices of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) and many other sporting bodies. Additionally, stanozolol has been used in US horse racing.
Stanozolol is commonly used by athletes and bodybuilders alike to lose fat while retaining lean body mass. It is usually used in a "cutting cycle", to help preserve lean body mass while metabolizing adipose, although it has not been proven conclusively that it has any special fat-burning properties. It is presented most commonly as a 50 mg/mL injection or a 5 mg tablet. However, recently 100 mg/mL versions have become available. A common dosage can be 10–25 mg/day orally and 25–50 mg daily injected, with optimal results usually seen at 50 mg/day. It is reduced to micrometer particles in aqueous suspension and does not have a typical elimination half-life. Authentic stanozolol can easily be seen, because it will separate in its container if left undisturbed for a number of hours (the micronized crystal will fall to the bottom, and the water suspension will rise to the top). It has a white, milky color.

Detection of use
Stanozolol is subject to extensive hepatic biotransformation by a variety of enzymatic pathways. The primary metabolites are unique to stanozolol and are detectable in the urine for up to 10 days after a single 5-10 mg oral dose. Methods for detection in urine specimens usually involve gas chromatography-mass spectrometry or liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.

Side Effects
Winstrol (anabolic steroids) is used in the treatment of hereditary angioedema, which causes episodes of swelling of the face, extremities, genitals, bowel wall, and throat. Winstrol may decrease the frequency and severity of these attacks. Winstrol is a synthetic steroid, similar to testosterone. The drug brand name Winstrol is no longer available in the U.S. Generic versions may still be available. Common side effects include new or worsening acne, difficulty sleeping, headache, changes in sexual desire, nausea, vomiting, changes in skin color, or ankle swelling. In adolescent and adult males, side effects may include frequent or persistent erections of the penis, and the appearance or aggravation of acne. In women, side effects may include hoarseness, acne, changes in menstrual periods, or more facial hair.
The use of anabolic steroids such as Winstrol may be associated with serious adverse reactions, many of which are dose related. Patients should be placed on the lowest possible effective dose. Medications that may interact with Winstrol include anticoagulants (blood thinners), insulin, or an oral diabetes medicine. Tell your doctor all medications you are taking. Winstrol is known to cause birth defects in a fetus. Do not take this medication if you are pregnant or could become pregnant during treatment. It is not known whether Winstrol is excreted in human milk. Many drugs are excreted in human milk and there is the potential for adverse reactions in nursing infants from anabolic steroids. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Side Effects of Energy Drink.

Consuming excess amount of everything is harmful and especially this type of drinks. So instead of solely relying on sugar and caffeine to get you through busy day, take a walk or drink plain water to feel more natural and long-lasting energy. Some of the side effects are: agitation, tremors, stomach upset, chest pain, dizziness, seizures, insomnia and even heart attacks.
Stress and anxiety
In fact, one of the most convincing reasons to stop drinking energy drinks is that they can cause increased anxiety and stress. Some energy drinks are actually found to contain more caffeine than it is advertised on their labels. Too much caffeine has been known to cause jitters and the chronic stress, and a racing heart from massive amounts of caffeine is not all that comforting either.
High in sugar
Energy drinks typically contain a lot of sugar. Some drinks are known to have an average of 15 tap of sugar. Aside from getting the dreaded sugar crash, sugar can leave you dehydrated and, as it is also known, suppress the immune system, increase inflammation, lead to tooth decay and weight gain.
Mood changes
Studies have shown that those who frequently drink the stimulant caffeine have been known to have reduced serotonin levels. This substance is known as the feel good neurotransmitter. A depletion of this hormone has been linked to low mood, anxiety and depression.
Taxes organs
Your heart, liver, brain, digestive tract and kidneys are all working as if you are in a flight or fight situation and ultimately get drained from all the work. Energy drinks trigger your organs to react as if they are in a dangerous situation so you can imagine how bad it can be.
Insomnia
While you might like the sudden surge of energy and vigor when you are trying to make it through a tiresome afternoon, it is not so helpful when you are ready to turn in for the night. Such drinks can cause you to lose out on deep and restful sleep at night so that you end up turning to it again the next day.
Artificial flavors and colors
Most energy drinks on market shelves are not made from real juice, so they need artificial colorings and flavorings to make them taste and look more appealing. Manufacturers use several different food dyes, but one of the most common is red 30 even those which are not red. It has been tied to reactions ranging from migraines and headaches to temper tantrums, dizziness, aggressive behavior, hyperactivity, uncontrollable screaming and crying, nervousness, kicking, inability to sit still or concentrate in children.
Adrenal fatigue
Some people become tired after caffeine intake. This is a symptom of adrenal fatigue when the adrenalin system of your body becomes overtaxed by constant high caffeine consumption. The answer is not to increase caffeine even more but to reduce its amount, detox and get the adrenal glands back to a normal state
B Vitamins
This vitamin is one of the ingredients in almost every energetic drink .Consumption of 2999 or more can result in liver toxicity. More than 99 mg of B6 can cause sensory nerve problems such as burning sensation and skin lesions.
Ginkgo Biloba
These effects vary from headaches, nausea and diarrhea to dizziness, heart palpitations and restlessness. What is more ginkgo biloba can interact with other medication such as anti-depressants and blood thinners. One recent study found that this herb caused thyroid cancer in research.
L-Theanine
This amino acid is derived from green tea and most energy drinks and shots have begun putting so called green tea extract in their beverages. It can produce a different type of alertness than caffeine and there has been no scientific evidence of it causing adverse side effects. Some people have reported feeling light headed after consuming a dose of more than 299 mg of L-Theanine.
Allergic reactions
The most common energy drink ingredient caffeine can lead to several allergic reactions such as rash, itching, hives, swelling of the tongue, mouth, face or lips, difficulty breathing, tightness in the chest, vomiting.

The Top Fat Burning

It takes more than just crunches! We start to gain weight in our midsection when our cortisol levels spike. Stress is one of the primary culprits for high levels of cortisol secretion. When this happens cortisol breaks downs lean muscle (the type of tissue that burns calories most efficiently) and also holds on to fat storage in the abdominal region. That stress can even get WORSE with bad dieting; studies show that the stress caused by dieting can increase cortisol levels, making no change in belly fat even with calorie restriction. So how do you shape up? Incorporate these 6 things below and you will be on your way to a flatter belly in no time flat!

1. Sleep
If you want to work late at night, think again. When your biorhythms are off, you end up eating more. When you’re tired you produce more ghrelin, which triggers cravings for sugar and other fat-building foods. Losing sleep can also alter your hormone production, affecting your cortisol levels that cause insulin sensitivity, prime reasons for belly fat! Getting about 7 hours of sleep a night is one of the best things you can do for your body shaping goals
2. Short bursts of exercises
1000 crunches a night may get you strong abdominal muscles, but with a full layer of fat on top, you will not get the results you really want. Instead of all those crunches, do exercises that engage multiple muscle groups and work your cardiovascular system. Try planking, where you hold yourself in a push-up position, resting your forearms on the ground. Try 3 or 4 sets of holding for 30 seconds each. Getting up and moving throughout the day by going for walks will also help.
3. Sugar is your Enemy
Fighting belly fat is 80% healthy diet. Reduce calories by filling yourself up with protein, vegetables, whole grains, and replacing bad habit snacks with good ones. For example, if you have a sugar craving, replace your calorie laden latte with a Muscle Milk lite, one of my favorites, because it has zero sugar and a ton of protein that will satiate while also torching my sugar craving! Another great trick is a sprinkle of cinnamon in your morning coffee or oatmeal- the spice has been shown to help stabilize blood sugar. It also slows the rate at which food exits the stomach, which helps you feel fuller longer.
4. Vitamin C
When you’re under extreme stress, you secret more cortisol hormone. Vitamin C helps balance the cortisol spikes that happen to you under this stress. Besides being a good way to counteract a cold, Vitamin C is also essential for making carnitine, a compound used by the body to turn fat into fuel, making this vitamin your fat burning friend.
If you’re going through an emotional crisis, stress from work, or a bad eating splurge, increase your vitamin C – it’ll help counteract the negative side effects. Try bell peppers, kale or kiwi fruits. These have even more Vitamin C than the famous Orange!

5. Eat Fat
It takes fat to burn fat. Like I said above, it’s sugar that gets you fat, not fat. Good fats include foods rich in Omega 3′s, like salmon, avocados & walnuts. These foods are full of nutrients that help keep you satiated throughout the day.

6. Slowing down your breath
This is a very simple method that you can use even when you’re in the midst of doing something else. Whenever you notice you’re feeling tense and uptight check and see how you’re breathing. Most people under stress either alternate holding their breath with short breaths, or take rapid shallow breaths. After you become aware of your own breathing, consciously relax your belly and slow down the breathing. This works best if you focus on slowing down the exhalation rather than your inhalation. With each exhalation you can say to yourself “slow down”. That is all there is to it- Simple but surprisingly effective

Important of Cardio

Cardio is one of the most important things you can do for your body, whether you want to lose weight, burn fat or improve your health. In fact, a 145-lb person can burn 300 calories by running at 5.2 mph for 30 minutes. The same person would burn about half of that with a brisk walk. The downside is that it takes time to build the strength and stamina to run continuously and, because it's high impact, it may not work for every person.

Next to the treadmill, the elliptical trainer is the most popular cardio machine at the gym and it's no wonder.  The elliptical trainer allows your body to move in a natural way, but without the impact of the treadmill.  You can add intensity by increasing resistance and some machines include adjustable ramps and arm handles for added intensity as well.  As a bonus, you can go backwards on an elliptical trainer, adding variety while working your muscles in a different way.The elliptical trainer is also a good choice for runners looking for a break from pounding the pavement or for people who want to total body action of cross country skiing (see above) but without actually having to go out into the snow. A 145-lb person burns about 300 calories in 30 minutes.

Whether you're outdoors or indoors, cycling is an excellent cardio workout. By using the power of your legs, you increase endurance while burning lots of calories, anywhere from 250-500 in 30 minutes, depending on how fast you go and how high your resistance is.  What makes cycling even better than other activities is that you can incorporate it into your daily life.  You can ride to and from work or use your bike to run errands around town.  It's also low impact, which is great for your joints and perfect cross-training for high impact activities like running or aerobics.

Swimming is another great choice because, like cross-country skiing, it's a full body exercise. The more body parts you involve in your workout, the more calories you'll burn. Spend 30 minutes doing the breastroke and you'll burn almost 400 calories. Best of all, your joints are fully supported so you don't have to worry about high-impact injuries. It's also great cross-training for other cardio activities.

Step aerobics is a workout for old people at least, that's what my young clients tell me. It's true that traditional, choreographed step aerobics classes are a little on the wane, but if you like those classes or videos and you're still stepping, you can burn up to 300-400 calories in 30 minutes (during high intensity sessions).
This is an often overlooked machine in the gym because we're confused about how it works and, perhaps, aren't sure it delivers a great workout.

However, rowing is a physically demanding exercise involving both the upper and lower body, which means a higher heart rate and a greater calorie burn.  Like an elliptical trainer or stationary bike, there are different levels of resistance, allowing you to get a challenging workout no matter what your fitness level.   In 30 minutes, a 145-lb person can burn about 300 calories, but if you've never tried rowing, it can be tough.  Start with 10-15 minutes and add time to subsequent workouts to give your body time to adapt.

Kickboxing is another great choice for exercisers who want to work hard with more choreographed workouts.  Combining kicks and punches not only enhances your coordination, it involes both the upper and lower body, making this an excellent overall workout. There are a variety of videos available or you can opt for a class at your local gym to get a more social interaction.  Once you're familiar with different kicks and punches, you can even create your own workouts or, better yet, use a punching bag to get an even better workout.

Walking is another great choice for cardio because, like running, it's accessible:  You don't need special equipment and you can do it anywhere, anytime.  It's harder to get your heart rate up with walking since it's low impact but, if you work hard at it, a 145-lb person can burn about 180 calories in 30 minutes.Adding hills, speedwalking or using walking poles can also increase the intensity.  Make sure you walk briskly--pretend you're trying to catch a bus--and keep you head up, back straight and swing your arms.

Anabolic Steroids

Anabolic steroids are a class of steroid hormones based on the androgen testosterone. Anabolic steroids are also known as anabolic-androgenic steroids or AAS or performance enhancing drugs. Anabolic steroids increase the rate of protein synthesis within cells. The building of cellular tissue (anabolism) is especially noticeable in muscles. Anabolic steroids also have androgenic and virilizing effects. They influence masculine characteristics such as the growth of the vocal cords and body hair. Anabolic steroids have been attractive to athletes and bodybuilders because they increase the size and strength of muscles. They also increase aggressiveness and competitiveness, which can be desirable traits in sports. Anabolic steroids may be prescribed to promote appetite, stimulate bone growth, induce male puberty, to lessen the effects of muscle wasting from chronic diseases, such as cancer or AIDS, and may show promise as a male contraceptive. The drugs are available as oral pills, injectable steroids, and skin patches. Anabolic steroids change muscle mass and strength by two processes. First, the steroids lead to an increased production of proteins, which are the building blocks of muscle. The steroids also block the effect of the hormone cortisol on muscle tissue, so that existing muscle is broken down at a slower rate. Additionally, anabolic steroids lead to cells differentiating into muscle more readily than fat. In addition to increasing muscle strength and mass, the effects of taking anabolic steroids include harmful changes in cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, acne, liver damage, and changes to the structure of the left ventricle of the heart. Anabolic steroids have an androgenic or virilizing effect, meaning they affect male characteristics. Anabolic steroids affect the onset of puberty, growth of the clitoris in females and the penis in male children. Many of the side effects of taking performance enhancing drugs can be countered by combining them with other drugs and exercise and are somewhat reversible in adults. However, anabolic steroid use can have permanent negative consequences if used by adolescents. One side effect can be early onset of puberty. More significantly, the drugs can stunt growth by prematurely stopping the lengthening of the bones.
